Theo Boons is a HVAC and
plumbing specialist. The administrative headquarters in Arendonk (BE) was
designed to accommodate a warehouse, office, showroom and training academy. The
architecture reflects the generational transition of the family business. The
solid concrete walls represent the firm foundation of decades experience, and
are offset by transparent volumes branching out into a beautiful green future.
The result is dynamic, yet timeless.
Vertical glazing and high
ceilings provide natural daylighting and wide open views of the surrounding wetlands.
Large industrial spans allow for flexible non-bearing partition walls and a
‘box in box’ interior concept.
